kamokamo with prawns

cut kamokamo in big chunks.fry onion in oil,after browning add salt,turmeric and red chilli powder,when they r fried a little then add prawn in the gravy and fry.add water if it is too dry.make gravy thick then add kamokamo to it and keep covering and stirring every few minutes until done.lastly add some sugar according to ur taste.
Then putit in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Add lemon zest, minced garlic, EVOO, testing salt.
Sprinkle crushed black pepper over it.
Preheat the oven – 350 F
Next broil the salmon for 15/20 minutes.
Spread small amount of butter on top of the hot cooked salmon.

First add turmeric powder and salt to the smelt. Fry them.
Then in a pan, fry onion and garlic in oil, add turmeric powder and chili powder.
Cut the tomatillos into small pieces and add them to the pan.
When the tomatillos soften, add the fried smelt.
Add green chilies, garnish with coriander leaves.
